Yvonne Davis has over 20 years of leadership, management, legal and business development experience with emphasis on Public Finance, Real Estate/Property Law, Construction, Contract, Commercial Law and Title Insurance as well as Community and Economic Development, Program and Project Management Services. Yvonne has over 10 years of Public Finance experience serving as co-bond counsel, co-underwriter's counsel, and co-disclosure counsel to various state agencies, municipalities and public authorities.

 

Her representation of clients includes the State of Alabama, City of Birmingham, Birmingham Airport Authority, The Birmingham Water Works Board of the City of Birmingham and various public education authorities and systems, cities and counties,

colleges and universities, airport authorities, water and sewer systems, and many other types of public entities.

 

Yvonne also actively represents cities, counties and related entities on economic development projects. She has over 15 years of experience working on real estate and title insurance airport projects and serving in various capacities such as counsel, program and/or project manager. These services have included managing numerous Acquisition and Relocation Airport Improvement Program (AIP) and Noise Mitigation Program (NIP), Program and Project Management programs involving airport projects and FAA regulations. Yvonne has served as project manager, consultant, contract administrator and contract compliance specialist on airport projects.
